Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IZOnic, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, social networking features, messaging, media sharing, marketplace, wallet, payment, advertising, and community services. IZOnic is operated by Zeke Tech Limited.

By creating an account, accessing, or using IZOnic, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IZOnic.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IZOnic. If the law in your country requires a higher age for digital consent, you must meet that age or have valid permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using IZOnic, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your password, impersonate another person, create accounts using false or misleading information, or use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@izonicapp.com.

3. IZOnic Services

IZOnic may include features for profiles, posts, comments, reactions, pages, groups, events, blogs, forums, marketplace listings, jobs, courses, offers, reels, media uploads, private messaging, audio or video communication, live features, wallet, paid content, subscriptions, tips, in-app purchases, advertising campaigns, and support services. Some features may not be available in all regions or on all platforms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to IZOnic. By posting, uploading, sending, or otherwise making content available on IZOnic, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, publish, translate, distribute, and use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, moderating, and providing IZOnic.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to share it. You must not upload content that violates the rights of others, violates the law, or violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use IZOnic for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Post or share content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, exploitative, violent, sexually abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Upload malware, spam, phishing content, scams, or content designed to disrupt or damage systems.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, products, services, or content.
Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
Attempt to access accounts, systems, APIs, or data without authorization.
Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with IZOnic except as permitted by law and our written permission.
Use IZOnic to sell, promote, or distribute illegal goods, restricted products, or prohibited services.
Bypass safety, payment, moderation, verification, subscription, or access controls.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, label, or refuse to display content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies. We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, pages, groups, listings, campaigns, wallet access, or other features if we believe there is a violation, risk, fraud, abuse, legal issue, or security concern.

We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the public, IZOnic, or our rights.

7. Privacy and Permissions

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Some features require permissions such as camera, microphone, photos, media library, notifications, or location. You can manage these permissions through your device settings, but disabling permissions may prevent related features from working.

8. Marketplace, Listings, and User Transactions

IZOnic may provide marketplace, offers, jobs, pages, groups, events, or other features where users can interact, promote, buy, sell, or exchange goods, services, or content. Unless we state otherwise, users are responsible for their own listings, descriptions, prices, delivery, quality, legality, taxes, disputes, and communications.

We are not responsible for transactions, promises, products, services, or conduct of users or third parties. Use caution when dealing with other users.

9. Payments, Wallet, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Some IZOnic features may require payment, wallet balance, paid content, tips, subscriptions, packages, in-app purchases, or third-party payment processing. Payment availability, pricing, taxes, billing periods, withdrawal options, and fees may vary by feature, platform, country, and payment provider.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, PayPal, banks, or other supported processors. Their terms and policies may also apply. For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds and billing are handled according to the applicable store rules unless otherwise required by law.

Digital purchases, wallet actions, subscriptions, promotions, or paid features may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. We may refuse, reverse, delay, or review transactions to prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal issues.

10. Advertising and Sponsored Content

IZOnic may display sponsored content, promoted posts, or advertisements. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights related to their advertising content, targeting choices, landing pages, products, and services. We may review, reject, remove, pause, or limit campaigns that violate these Terms, advertising rules, law, or platform safety standards.

11. Verification

IZOnic may offer account, page, or business verification. Submitting a verification request does not guarantee approval. We may request information or documents, review the request, reject it, remove verification, or require additional checks at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

IZOnic, including its name, design, software, features, logos, trademarks, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from IZOnic except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

IZOnic may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, login providers, stores, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

14. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded IZOnic from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and IZOnic, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for IZOnic or its content. IZOnic is responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for IZOnic.

Apple is not responsible for any warranties, claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to IZOnic, except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as they relate to your use of the iOS app.

15. Google Play Terms

If you downloaded IZOnic from Google Play, your use of the app may also be governed by Google Play terms and policies. Google is not responsible for user content, transactions, support, warranties, or claims related to IZOnic except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep IZOnic available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, business, or technical reasons.

17. Disclaimers

IZOnic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZOnic and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of IZOnic.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IZOnic and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of IZOnic, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

20. Termination

You may stop using IZOnic at any time. You may request account deletion from https://izonicapp.com/settings/delete when logged in. We may suspend or terminate your access to IZOnic at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the service unlawfully or abusively.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of IZOnic after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
